step one:

first you can read through your script (if you have one) and when you’re done lay down and get in a position that is comfortable for you and just relax for however long is best for you, you can even put on a guided meditation or even a subliminal, but these are very much optional

step two:

when you feel as though you are relaxed enough close your eyes, just imagine/visualise blank jigsaw pieces scattered along a table, waiting to be put together. when you have done this imagine fitting the pieces together one after one, you don’t have to worry about them not fitting they just will.

step three:

you can keep the pieces blank if you have trouble visualising or if you want to you can imagine each piece is a memory or a scenario that has/will happen in your dr. or you can say an affirmation for each piece. whatever works best for you really

step four:

keep doing this until you get tired or you stop with the pieces and start counting upwards until you fall asleep, hopefully you wake up in your dr.
